Finance administrator supporting roading contracts, handling payroll, procurement & reporting.

Tasks

-Record equipment and temporary labour hours -Manage daily contract priorities and deliver accurate, timely support -Manage end-to-end purchasing processes using SAP and Ariba -Monitor weekly KPI reports and ensure invoice accuracy -Support HR tasks including onboarding and exits -Support procurement best practices and vendor management -Generate and receipt purchase orders, liaise with suppliers -Act as the key contact between Finance & Admin and operational teams -Ensure payroll deadlines are met and errors resolved promptly -Process daily timesheets and manage digital timesheet systems

What You Bring

-Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Office 365 -Strong interpersonal skills and a team-first attitude -Familiarity with SAP and Ariba (advantageous) -Solid experience in finance or administration -Strong communication, time management, and attention to detail -Growth mindset and continuous improvement focus -Basic understanding of payroll, costing, billing, and month-end processes -Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a positive team culture
