Design and manage OT security solutions, support IT/OT infrastructure, and advise clients.

Tasks

-Customer engagement and provide expert technical consultation to clients on OTsecurity best practices and strategies to enhance their security posture. -Develops and sets up OT security as a service offering, including defining service packages, pricing, and delivery models -Creates and maintains comprehensive documentation of security policies, procedures, and configurations. -Works closely with other IT team members and departments to support ongoing projects and initiatives. -Provides support for Windows servers and workstations, including installation, configuration, and maintenance -Maintains accurate and up-to-date documentation of network configurations, system settings, and procedures. -Collaborates with other teams to provide technical expertise during pre-sales activities including presentations, demonstrations, and proposal development -Designs, implements and manages OT security solutions in compliance with NIST, IEC 62443, and IACS UR 26/27 guidelines -Responds to and resolve infrastructure-related incidents and service requests in a timely manner. -Monitors, maintains, and troubleshoots IT/OT network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and wireless access points -Configures, manages, and monitors firewalls to ensure network security and compliance with company policies -Conducts security assessments and audits of OT environments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation strategies -Deploys, manages, and troubleshoots virtual machines in environments such as VMware or Hyper-V

What You Bring

-Minimum 3 years' experience working in OT security or network security, preferably in industries such as manufacturing, energy, or utilities -In-depth knowledge of NIST, IEC 62443, and IACS UR 26/27 guidelines -Hands-on experience with virtual machine environments (VMware, Hyper-V) -Relevant certifications such as CISSP, GICSP, or IEC 62443 certification are a plus -Knowledge of risk management and compliance in OT environments -Strong understanding of OT security risks, vulnerabilities, and mitigation strategies and strong knowledge of firewall technologies and best practices -Experience with OT security technologies and solutions with hands-on experience managing OT security solutions (firewalls, IDS/IPS, vulnerability scanning tools) in industrial environments -Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field. -Strong understanding of industrial control systems (ICS) and supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems -Proficiency in network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.) and with Windows Server and Windows operating systems
