Tasks

-Provide point of contact for construction team members on VDC processes and reports during all phases of construction -Plan, implement, and oversee VDC processes through appropriate technology platforms -Assist in training on VDC processes -Document work process as it relates to improving and/or changing current company process standards

What You Bring

-Proficiency with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Synchro 4D Trimble SketchUp, and Bluebeam Revu -Current driver’s license -Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, Civil Engineering Technology, or equivalent field -Ability to interpret and communicate Mortenson policies effectively -Strong communication, teamwork orientation, initiative, problem-solving, and leadership skills -Our postings are typically open a minimum of 5 days and an average of 44 days. -Familiarity with the following workflows and solutions is preferred but not required; game engine technologies (Unity, Unreal, Lumion 3D), Parametric Analysis solutions (Dynamo, Grasshopper, Solibri), basic key frame animation, 2D/3D rendering capabilities, 2D/3D postproduction capabilities -Detail orientation sufficient to organize and handle multiple project tasks at a time -All integrated construction team members should be active participants in Mortenson’s IDAT (Integrated Delivery Advancement Team) community of practice- sharing knowledge -Possess basic understanding of construction law and generally accepted business practices -Completion of intermediate level of BIM/VDC software training -Minimum two years related experience -Positive and professional attitude, and strong customer service skills -Visa sponsorship is not offered for this position. -Proficiency with Autodesk BIM 360 Field and Glue, 3DS Max, Civil 3D, Point Layout, Faro Scene, Google Earth Pro, and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) -Microsoft Office, project, and pertinent web application skills at an intermediate level -Must be currently legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status, 0-1, TN, CPT, OPT, etc.). We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
