The Role
Overview
Assist with AP/AR tasks, vendor invoicing, payments, customer billing, and month‑end support.

Tasks
-Communicate effectively with internal departments, vendors, and customers. -Maintain accurate customer records and apply payments to the correct accounts. -Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting files and documentation. -Provide administrative support to the accounting team as needed. -Prepare and process weekly check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers. -Generate and send customer invoices. -Maintain organized files of vendor invoices, payments, and related documentation. -Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner. -Support monthly AR aging analysis and cash application reporting. -Follow up with customers on overdue accounts and assist with collections as needed. -Assist with month-end closing processes (journal entries, reconciliations, etc.). -Match invoices to purchase orders and receipts, ensuring proper authorization and coding. -Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly. -Record incoming payments via check, ACH, and credit card.

What You Bring
-Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills. -Motor Vehicle Record Check -Fit for Duty Baseline Physical (if applicable) -High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or higher in Accounting or Business preferred. -Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. -Strong attention to detail and accuracy. -5-Panel Drug Screen -Working knowledge of QuickBooks, Sage, or other accounting software.
