Tasks

-Develop estimates, schedules, staffing requirements, progress reports, and key quantities tracking reports -Prepare 3D layouts and/or schematics for conceptual and detailed designs of advanced complexity -Conduct reviews of model using 3D review platform and create 3D models of advanced complexity -Organize and prioritize a variety of projects and multiple tasks in an effective and timely manner, set priorities, and meet deadlines -Analyze and make independent recommendations regarding solutions to problems with varying complexity in accordance with organization and/or project objectives and guidelines -Check work done by other Designers

What You Bring

-Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner -Accredited two (2) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and twenty (20) years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to twenty-two (22) years if non-degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements -Practical field experience -Knowledge of commercial availability and cost of materials -Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines -Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job -Intermediate computer and software skills to include the use of word processing, e-mail, spreadsheet and electronic presentation programs -Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
