What You Bring

Proven leadership abilities Willingness to serve as primary point of contact and the face of the firm in your region Excellent communication skills Experience leading bridge projects as project manager and/or task manager Licensed Professional Engineer in Ohio Experience working on ODOT or OTIC projects 10 to 20+ years of transportation industry experience This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Senior Bridge Engineer to provide technical expertise and oversight. Our ideal candidate has excellent technical bridge skills. The position is well suited to an engineer that enjoys being the task leader on bridge projects, serving as a mentor for junior staff development, and implementing our design quality control process. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, takes pride in their work, and is eager to learn new skills and grow our presence in Ohio. Proven hands-on experience in all aspects of bridge design projects Familiarity with engineering software packages such as: OpenBridge Designer, MDX, AASHTOWare BrR, LPile, and more. - Professional Engineer (PE) certification required Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Civil Engineering Currently an in-person position; 4 days in Canton, Ohio office and 1 day work from home Experience preparing reports, plan packages, and proposals Project Management and Business Development experience is a plus. However, less experienced candidates with excellent leadership potential will also be strongly considered.
