-Perform work safely and effectively. -Preferably, experience with augered cast-in-place (ACIP) piles is required, though not required. -Demonstrated commitment to ethics and integrity. -Experience managing engineers. -Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment. -Regular, reliable attendance -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. -Proficiency in project management software and tools. -Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail. -Work productively and meet deadlines timely -5+ years of work experience in construction or engineering. -Willingness to travel and relocate within the Gulf Coast region as needed. -Ability to read, analyze, and identify discrepancies in engineering plans, specifications, and contract documents. -Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent). -Strong understanding of construction processes and project management principles. -Strong work ethic, willing to do what it takes to get the job done right the first time. -Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently to meet deadlines, goals, and objectives.
