Support, troubleshoot, and program fire & burglar alarm systems for commercial clients.

Tasks

-Review inspection documentation for compliance and accuracy -Provide daily technical support for fire and burglar alarm systems, ensuring optimal performance and rapid response to issues -Support training initiatives for new technicians, ensuring a high level of competency in system installation and maintenance -Programming alarm panels (EST, Kidde, Bosch, DMP, FireLite) -Collaborate with team members to enhance support operations and develop best practices -Engage in control panel programming, alarm system design, and documentation -Assist with access control systems and paging/voice communication support as needed -Troubleshoot and resolve problems across a broad array of alarm components and systems

What You Bring

-Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure -Strong reading and comprehension skills for interpreting installation manuals and blueprints -Proficient computer skills, including software knowledge in Microsoft Office, CAD, TeamViewer, RPS, Compass, and other relevant applications -EST4 Certification is a plus, but not required -Proven field installation and service experience with fire alarm systems is essential -Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with a diverse range of personalities and skill levels -Licenses and certifications such as Arkansas Alarm License, NICET, Bosch, Edwards, Kidde, S2, AXIS, etc., are a plus
