Tasks

-Build and strengthen lasting relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and our national/offshore teams. -Drive technical excellence and delivery, ensuring we meet and exceed the AECOM client promise. -Shape the future of our Transmission & Distribution group by contributing to strategy, driving innovation, and leading winning proposals. -Inspire and mentor the next generation of engineers, while providing expert design review and guidance. -Lead multi-disciplinary transmission projects across New Zealand and Australia.

What You Bring

-Proven experience as a design manager or lead engineer in NZ and/or Australia. -Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering with 12+ years’ hands-on Transmission Line design experience from feasibility to detailed design. -Established client relationships within New Zealand and/or Australia. -Strong mentoring, problem-solving and people development skills. -Excellent communication and ability to collaborate with hybrid teams across multiple locations.
