Tasks

-Prepare BoQs, tender documentation, and carry out measurement. -Assist with cost planning, estimating, and feasibility studies. -Attend site and client meetings alongside senior colleagues. -Support procurement processes and contract administration. -Contribute to project reporting, cost control, and risk/value management. -APC support and mentoring all the way to MRICS.

What You Bring

This role is ideal for an Assistant QS with around 1–4 years’ experience (placement year welcome) who is keen to develop across both pre- and post-contract, progress toward chartership, and gain exposure to a variety of clients and projects. -Some experience in a consultancy or client-side environment. -Strong numeracy, communication, and attention to detail. -Enthusiasm to progress through APC to chartership. -Degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent).
