-Maintain strong relationships with guests, team members, owners, and the local community. -Drive revenue growth, market share, and profitability through strategic leadership. -Uphold EVT’s ethical and business standards, CSR commitments, and workplace values. -Champion innovation through new revenue and efficiency initiatives. -Oversee financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, and cost control. -Maximise asset value through effective use of physical space and operational excellence. -Role model company policies with a strong focus on safety, compliance, and risk mitigation. -Lead hotel operations in alignment with EVT’s Vision, Goals, Purpose and Values. -Build a high-performing, engaged team culture focused on development and retention. -Deliver exceptional guest experiences and respond proactively to feedback.
