Tasks

-Provide insights to leadership on performance risks, emerging issues, and opportunities for improvement. -Work closely with Field Service Providers to drive operational improvements and consistent delivery standards. -Strengthen cost-to-install performance by embedding cost efficiency into planning, execution, and contractor management. -Implement real-time feedback loops to capture field performance insights and resolve issues quickly. -Support governance and compliance with Intellihub standards and customer requirements. -Promote a safe and healthy work environment and contribute to continual improvement in quality and performance at Intellihub by complying with all relevant policies and procedures. -Lead analysis and reporting on UTC, UTA and CTI outcomes, ensuring performance trends are understood and addressed.
