Tasks
-Act as a change leader for developing and implementing strategic operating plans. -Advise on legal and organizational implications of company issues and challenges and present solutions. -Partner with COEs to develop and implement “best in class” human resources processes in assessment, selection, leadership and employee development, employee engagement, reward and recognition, communication and organizational effectiveness; Partner with leaders in the assessment and selection of key talent. -Organizational Transformation: Lead the transformation efforts required to build organizational capability to achieve business goals -Function as a business partner to Business Unit President for Life Science Solutions in developing business and organizational strategies. -Provide thought leadership to each functional leadership team to ensure understanding and execution of strategic plans and HR strategies. -Develop and execute an HR plan aligned with business objectives, to include organizational design, succession planning, talent management, goal alignment, and communications. -Provide leadership, guidance, and counsel on matters related to talent, organizational change and human capital. -Promote and deliver on initiatives to drive positive culture and workforce climates, positive employee relations, open lines of communication and effective labor relations. -Drive a culture of standard work and operational excellence across the business both in the plant and across the various business processes. -Champion Trane Technologies business strategy and culture change – lead the transformation for the businesses.

What You Bring
-Deep experience in strategy, organizational capability, change management, business partnering and employee relations -Deep understanding of business needs with global scope is essential; the successful candidate must be able to gain confidence of the business leadership team and HR partners. -The successful candidate will have demonstrated “world-class” competencies in a human resources role preferably in diversified industrial or life sciences environment. He or she must have strong leadership skills in organizational strategy, effective program and process execution, identifying and developing organizational capability, and change management. The ideal candidate will have meaningful experience in commercial environments. -Demonstrated ability to analyze business, financial and people related data and determine appropriate actions. -Proven ability to gain confidence from the business leadership team and HR partners. Demonstrated experience partnering with executive leadership. -Strong academic background supported by a bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or I/O Psychology; an MBA or master’s degree is preferred. -10+ years of experience of progressive responsibility in human resources roles in plant, commercial, and/or headquarter environments. -Exceptional interpersonal, influencing and communication skills are a must.
