Tasks

-Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation detailing service operations and best practices -Manage and coordinate remote IT operations by collaborating with smart hands in co-located facilities. Be prepared to travel for on-site installations and technical support -Assist in the preparation and deployment of new infrastructure for upcoming launches -Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and network-related issues within U.S. data centers -Work closely with cross-functional teams and external contractors to ensure seamless project execution

What You Bring

-May be required to travel to Kansas City MO -Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English -Valid Category B driver’s license -Proactive, responsible, and goal-oriented mindset -Extensive hands-on experience in project planning and technical problem-solving -Strong understanding of network technologies, including data center, server and network equipment -Proficiency in IT hardware components, diagnostics and troubleshooting -Willingness to travel regularly for business trips
