What You Bring

-Clear communication skills with the team. -Min 6 years post-degree relevant experience in contracts and commercial management. -Excellent proficiency in Cost X and measurement tools. -Must have consultant and/or client background for minimum of 4 years. -Possess good project background and proven English language technical writing ability and skills. -Knowledge in the use of QS software Cost X or similar is required. -Experience in benchmarking. -Degree in Quantity Surveying from recognised university. -Solid understanding of measurement and cost planning standards. -Client-facing and interaction capabilities. -Strong experience with various types of assets, including understanding design documents, different trades, measurement, preparing estimates, pricing, and reporting. -Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. -Experience in one of the following key sectors: hospitality, residential, buildings, infrastructure etc.
