BIM MEPF Design Engineer

Overview

Design and coordinate MEPF BIM models using Revit and related tools.

Tasks

-Develop detailed MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Firefighting) BIM models using Revit. -Prepare 3D coordinated models ensuring proper integration with architectural and structural disciplines. -Participate in internal and external project coordination meetings. -Maintain drawing registers, revision control, and model updates. -Support the design team in creating layouts for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Drainage, Firefighting, etc. -Adhere to company QA/QC procedures and industry best practices. -Coordinate with project managers, site teams, architects, and consultants for model updates. -Perform clash detection and prepare clash reports using Navisworks. -Prepare BOQs, schedules, and quantity take-offs from the BIM model. -Ensure the model follows BIM standards, LOD requirements, and company templates. -Maintain high-quality output within given timelines. -Ensure all drawings comply with codes, standards, and client requirements. -Resolve technical issues related to model accuracy and design conflicts. -Assist in preparing BIM execution plans and model submission formats. -Prepare design drawings, construction drawings, and shop drawings as per project standards.

What You Bring

Software Skills: Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM 360, Clash Detection Tools Experince:- ELV or FIRE minumum (2 years to 7 yeras Exp.) Qualification:- BE Mechanical/Diploma -Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field. -Experience in large-scale commercial, residential, or industrial project -Experience in BIM 360, Dynamo, or other automation tools. -Ability to produce accurate coordinated BIM models and detailed drawings. -Strong knowledge of Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM workflows. -Good understanding of MEP services design principles. -Knowledge of international standards (ASHRAE, NEC, NFPA, IPC, IS standards). -Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. -Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
