  • Support management of IT tools to uphold compliance and effective governance.
  • Ensure that requests are processed within statutory deadlines and in accordance with relevant legal and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with the Information Management team on retention and disposition policy compliance.

  • Knowledge of information management systems and databases.
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Compliance Manager, eDiscovery, Data Lifecycle Management, Information Protection, and Data Loss Prevention.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Canadian federal privacy and access to information laws and regulations.
  • Ability to attain or currently hold Canadian Federal Government clearance at the Secret level.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, stakeholders, and external parties.
  • 4+ years working with Microsoft Purview
  • University degree in Computer Science, Information technology, Software engineering or related field combined with 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Attention to detail and a thorough understanding of confidentiality and data protection principles.
  • Familiarity with Power Platform.
  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to prepare clear, concise, and accurate reports and correspondence.
  • Understanding of O365 technologies (Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform and SharePoint)
  • Bilingualism (French and English).
  • Keen sense of professionalism and discretion.
