Production Foreman

Tasks

-Collaborates with the Quality Department to maintain and improve site quality standards -Maintains regular, full-time predictable onsite attendance -Delegates responsibilities and monitors team member performance -Documents and follows up on injuries and corrective safety measures -Leads and promotes healthy and safe work practices in compliance with regulatory and company standards -Performs quality checks on sites and equipment to ensure standards are met -Manages all aspects of team performance including hiring, coaching, and performance reviews -Identifies and escalates maintenance needs to reduce downtime -Provides training, cross-training, evaluations, and corrective actions when necessary -Develops and manages work schedules to achieve daily and long-term production goals -Develops and implements plans to meet or exceed plant objectives -Oversees inventory accuracy by monitoring cycle counts -Generates and reviews operational reports to ensure shift continuity and address issues

What You Bring

-Strong decision-making, conflict resolution, and leadership skills -Working knowledge of MES, SAP, or other shop floor platforms -Ability to foster teamwork and influence positive working relationships -Excellent time management and communication abilities -Associate degree with an emphasis on management or supervision -3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment -Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
