Overview

Diagnose and repair residential drain systems and drive customer sales.

Tasks

-Complete time cards and inventory sheets daily. -Complete assigned calls or in-shop repairs in a professional manner and to the best of his/her ability. -Promote the sale of other products, service, or work with each client including service agreements. -Properly maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment. -Perform plumbing-related tasks when required. -Complete required warranty information. -Maintain communication with internal teams. -Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional. -Accountable for meeting goals, following work rules, and proper conduct.

What You Bring

-Valid driver's license to drive company vehicle. -Obtained or working toward Plumbing License -Have or be willing to get the proper certifications. (We can help you with this!) -Service Titan experience preferred. -Excellent listening, decision making and troubleshooting Skills -Detail Oriented
