Operate production line, handle materials, QC, packaging, and maintain safety.

Tasks

-Storing goods and raw materials in the yard or warehouse -Cleaning and maintaining work areas, machinery and equipment -Finishing products, for example, applying labels and packing goods ready for dispatch -Operating production line equipment, for example, a high-speed disperser -Monitoring the production process and carrying out basic batch testing using standard QC test methods -Assessing tasks for risks and implementing control measures -Using lifting equipment and forklift trucks -Staging materials prior to batch production

-Ability to work under pressure -Good computer skills (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook) -Good team working skills -Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude -A willingness to work flexibly -The ability to follow instructions -An awareness of environment, health and safety issues -Good verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal customers -The ability to work quickly and methodically -Ability to work independently and to carry out batch processing to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
