Tasks

-Partner with technical and product leads to align on priorities and contribute to system design decisions -Lead team of Global developers including tactical direction, training, QA, coaching, and hiring, as needed -Deliver reliable, scalable, and secure code to enhance distributed controller and cloud platform performance -Contribute code to our product software, including the customer dashboard and backend infrastructure -Manage and deploy backend cloud infrastructure, primarily on AWS

What You Bring

They are seeking an experienced Lead Software Developer to join their growing North American team, with a focus on designing and building backend infrastructure for a smart EV Charging management platform serving commercial fleets across North America and Europe. EV Charging Technology -Knowledge of scalable systems architecture and backend system design -Experience with AWS cloud services (e.g., Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, API Gateway) -Solid understanding of HTTP protocol, REST APIs and web communication patterns -Solid grasp of clean code practices and fundamental software development principles -5+ years experience across Software development experience in Agile/ Scrum environments -Strong proficiency across Node.JS, Typescript, Python or Rust
