Tasks

Practice sales strategies that will increase sales in all four lines of business. Maintain and update contacts, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system daily. Entertain customers, within company guidelines, to grow relationships. Work to enhance existing customer relationships to increase revenue and sales of all Renfrow Industrial offerings. Ensure specific areas of responsibilities are being maintained in a timely and profitable manner and that customer expectations are being met. In conjunction with other team members, develop and maintain client relationships that align with Renfrow capabilities and business plan Identify and qualify projects in the industrial market and secure project opportunities to be reviewed by Estimating and Operations to determine suitability for bidding. Partner with Estimating and Operations to ensure effective transition of information about new opportunities including customer information and contacts, project drawings, specifications, and competitive information. Promote and encourage cross-selling opportunities with new and existing customers. Participation in Renfrow Industrial’s safety and accident prevention planning and training to ensure that the company’s policies are met or exceeded. Always maintain safe work practices and good housekeeping in the office and on customer sites. Deliver sales presentations and participate in trade shows as required. Communicate with Estimating and Operations to understand workload needs and pursue opportunities that align with those needs. Provide sales reporting and updates as instructed by management. Assist Project Managers in follow-up communication with customers at project completion. Attend scheduled company meetings as required.

Previous experience in new business development Tiello has partnered with an established general contractor dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions and are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to support their continued growth and company success. 3-5 years’ experience in a sales/business development organization In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification document. Possess an outgoing personality and competitive drive. Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or marketing. Have good time management skills, organization, and the ability to multi-task. Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, CRM Platform. Be an excellent communicator – both written and verbal.

Benefits

Compensation: $90,000.00-$120,000.00 (DOE) -Short & Long Term Disability -Company Vehicle -Vision & Dental, employee paid -Health Insurance
