

Designing and building new features across web, mobile, and backend services
Driving improvements in performance, reliability, and code quality
Influence architecture and product direction as the platform scales internationally.
Developing clean, scalable APIs and application logic
Supporting junior engineers and contributing to best practices
Working with cloud-native systems, data sources, and modern dev workflows
Work across a modern, cloud-native stack: React, Next.js, React Native, Node.js, Python, GraphQL, SQL/NoSQL, and event-driven services.
Getting involved in technical discussions, planning, and architecture decisions

Own features fully - from idea → design → build → deploy → iterate.
2-4+ years' experience delivering production features
Lots of variety: front-end, back-end, mobile, data-rich features, and cloud tooling.
Exposure to backend development (Node.js, Python, or similar)
(e.g. playing, coaching, competing, or ongoing participation in team-based sports)
Strong experience with a modern JavaScript framework (React / Next.js ideal)
Comfortable working across the full stack
(high-achieving university or school results)
Strong communicator who collaborates well with engineering, product, and design
Enjoys solving problems, shaping systems, and working in a fast-paced environment
