Tasks

As a QLD Director in Commercial Valuations, you’ll lead the establishment of a new Queensland office for a national firm that’s built its reputation on consistent quality, technical credibility, and deep client relationships across banking, corporate, and industry sectors. The Founding Partner is currently flying in to service work and can relocate to Brisbane short-term to help set up the office. Your immediate priorities? Build local capability, take on an assistant, and leverage existing clients to grow the business.

What You Bring

-Commercial mindset and confidence managing client relationships -Capability in compensation, development or litigation work -CPV qualification (essential) -Strong background in commercial valuations (office, industrial, retail)
