Tasks

-Use hands to finger, handle, or feel: Operates a computer and other office machinery - Constantly – at least 51% -Provide leadership and direct supervision to a team of warehouse employees to achieve the highest possible levels of accuracy and productivity -Participate in all aspects of hiring new employees -Ensure inbound and/or outbound shipments and products are accurate and free of damage -Ensure the efficient and safe operation of all material handling equipment and maintain the security of the Warehouse -Complete all necessary records and report in a timely and accurate manner -Responsible for training and coordinating daily activities related to receiving, shipping, picking, and packing of inventory and non-inventory items -Utilize Workforce Management System (WMS) metrics, reporting, and other tools to increase warehouse productivity -Follow established Standard Operating Procedures, Environmental Health and Safety Rules, and immediately address safety concerns -May fill in for other warehouse roles and makes deliveries as needed -Evaluate policies and procedures to improve efficiency and make recommendations for improvement

-Exposed to unpleasant or disagreeable physical environment such as high noise level and/or exposure to heat and cold - Constantly – at least 51% -Ability to perform job duties of all departmental positions -Must be service oriented, self-motivated, dependable, and possess excellent leadership skills and customer service skills -Valid Driver’s License -Walk: Must be able to move about inside/outside office or work location - Constantly – at least 51% -Ability to interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedures manual -Stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl: Must be able to crouch down to stock shelves, pick up boxes, or position oneself to maintain computers in the lab/under desks/in server closet - Constantly – at least 51% -Sit: Must be able to remain in a stationary position - Constantly – at least 51% -Knowledge and experience in Lean and Process Flow Layout in Warehouses -Talk, hear, taste, smell: Must be able to use senses to effectively communicate with co-workers and clients and detect hazardous conditions - Constantly – at least 51% -High School or GED - Required -Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Certification to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment preferred -Up to 25 pounds - Constantly – at least 51% -Climb or balance: Must be able to ascend/descend on a ladder, forklift, pallet jack, or other warehouse equipment - Constantly – at least 51% -Ability to perform various tasks on computers, including the use of Excel, Outlook, and Word is required -Travels to offsite locations - Occasionally – up to 20% -Up to 50 pounds - Constantly – at least 51% -Ability to manage schedules, prioritize, and multi-task -Handles or works with potentially dangerous equipment - Constantly – at least 51% -Exposed to electrical hazards; risk of electrical shock - Frequently – 21% to 50% -Ability to handle difficult situations and problem solve -Up to 10 pounds - Constantly – at least 51%
