Onsite Senior Quantity Surveyor handling commercial and financial delivery of FM works.

Tasks

-The successful SQS will be responsible for the commercial and financial delivery of new works, lifecycle and business as usual activities. This will involve working closely with the commercial manager to secure an excellent financial performance as per the business plan and current forecast. -The SQS will oversee the measuring of works completed and agree payment applications. -Monitor progress of applications and any disputes. -The successful SQS will report to the business and be responsible for the financial portfolio ensuring targets and milestone are met.

What You Bring

-Able to obtain and maintain DV security clearance -Proven experience in a QS /SQS role -Experience of setting up and/or operating office management systems including filing systems and document control and distribution -ability to collate information and prepare reports -Experience of drafting contractual correspondence on behalf of the Project Director and preparation of payment certificates and interim financial reports -Advanced Excel -Able to work full time on site - HA6
