Overview

Summer civil engineering intern supporting water resources design, analysis, and field work.

Tasks

-Provide general project support, including research, documentation, and administrative tasks as assigned. -Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and company procedures. -Collect, organize, and analyze project data and prepare technical reports or documentation. -Collaborate with project teams to develop solutions to engineering challenges. -Development of technical, organizational, and teamwork skills. -Participate in fieldwork, site visits, inspections, and testing as needed. -Assist engineers with design, analysis, and technical calculations for ongoing projects. -Support preparation of drawings, models, and specifications using engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, or discipline-specific tools).

What You Bring

-Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team. -Willingness to learn and take initiative on assigned tasks. -Exposure to real-world engineering projects and professional practices. -Strong academic background with coursework relevant to the internship focus area. -Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; exposure to engineering software is a plus. -Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
