Tasks

-Work with the projects team to identify any hazards that their design may present during construction and subsequent maintenance, completing design risk assessments. -Carry out continuous assessment and audits to ensure compliance within the Site Projects Group -Communicate necessary control measures, design assumptions or remaining risks to the PSDP so they can be dealt with in the safety and health plan. -Manage the design safety risk assessments program -Audit and metricate projects safety files -Support safety incident investigations. -Advise on all aspects of the Safety, Health, and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations -Work with the Project Managers on Construction H&S Plans -Ensure PSDP/PSCS compliance -Training of project engineers and project managers

What You Bring

-Proactive approach to risk management, with a focus on quality, compliance, and continuous improvement. -Third-level qualification in Occupational Safety, Health, Environmental Science, or a related discipline. -Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an EHS role, ideally within the biopharma, pharmaceutical, or life sciences sector.
