Overview

Design and manage water/wastewater projects, supporting senior engineers and clients.

Tasks

-Collaborate on and contribute to maintaining and building strong client relationships. -Effectively work with project teams with diverse technical skill sets and geographic locations -Independently evaluate the selection and/or modification of standard techniques, procedures, criteria, and systems to efficiently meet project goals. -Assist senior engineers on larger, complex projects, including task management. -Prepare models, engineering specifications, data sheets, sketches, and drawings and perform calculations in support of engineering activities. -Maintain a positive attitude, are dependable, and meet assigned project deadlines. -Prepare planning documents, reports, studies, and calculations. -Perform a wide variety of routine assignments that are clearly defined and require the application of standard design engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria.

What You Bring

-Excellent oral and written communication skills. -Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. -Previous professional experience with a consulting firm serving municipal water clients. -Minimum 4 years of water engineering professional experience. -Display strong communication and interpersonal skills and work in a fast-paced consulting environment. -Professional Engineer License in Florida or ability to gain reciprocity. -Bachelor of Science in Civil/Environmental Engineering or related engineering field. -Adept at interpersonal relationship building, conflict resolution, and participating in diverse teams. -Ability to lead and work with multi-disciplinary teams on complex infrastructure projects. -Master of Science in Civil/Environmental Engineering or related engineering field.
