Overview
Install and oversee solar PV electrical systems across Midwest sites.

Tasks
-Conduct or assist in AC and DC terminations and wire management -Mentor and support apprentices and crew members in the field -Complete material takeoffs and support tool/equipment procurement -Interpret construction documents, wire schedules, and BOMs -Apply knowledge of current electrical codes and best practices on the job -Communicate effectively with crew, customers, and leadership -Collaborate with foremen and PMs to meet safety and production goals -Maintain project documentation, reports, and field records -Install photovoltaic (solar) electrical systems according to drawings and specifications

What You Bring
-EEO is the Law Supplement poster English– Spanish -Valid driver’s license with a history of safe driving -Must be capable of lifting and carrying up to 80 lbs -Strong understanding of electrical schematics and specifications -Familiarity with photovoltaic (solar) systems and DC/AC configurations -Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) -Must be able to sit, stand, kneel, stoop, walk, and sit for long periods of time -5+ years of experience in solar or electrical construction -Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check -Ability to travel extensively across Minnesota (overnight stays required) -EEO is the Law poster English– Spanish -Valid Journeyman Electrician License OR Verifiable 8,000 Electrical Working Hours
