Tasks

-Performing as a project manager on DOT and local agency bridge design projects. Training and support is available if needed -Preparing proposals and funding applications -Establishing and maintaining relationships with DOT and local agency clients, assisting with business development for the Structural Engineering service line -Assisting senior management and staff as a technical specialist or advisor -Applying knowledge of principles and practices in broad areas of bridge and transportation structures design -Playing a key role in the growth, leadership, and development of the Ohio Structural team -Preparing scopes of work, budgets, and schedules for assignments -Reviewing complete project documents for conformity and quality assurance

What You Bring

-10+ years of Structural Engineering experience with an emphasis on bridge design projects -Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering; Structural emphasis is helpful -Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint -Strong written and verbal communication skills -Ability to work individually or as part of a team -Ohio Professional Engineer (PE) meeting Level 2 criteria
