What You Bring

-Exceptional communication skills -Ability to learn industry specific software -Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel at advanced intermediate level -Work Stability -High school degree or higher -Must have history of outstanding attendance -Ability to to pleasant, patient , supportive and empathetic in all customer interactions -Some lifting, bending, stretching and sitting for long periods of time as well as ability to negotiate short flights of stairs -Must possess basic knowledge of document management, data entry, and office functions performance -3 years experience in customer service position -Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment and remain calm and organized
