Tasks
-Delivering excellent service to clients whilst building strong relationships, managing expectations, and adding value to their business -Assisting on the development of design solutions and strategies for a range of projects encompassing residential strategic land promotion, urban regeneration and major mixed-use sustainable urban extensions across the UK -Preparing high quality visualisations from sketch through to illustrative and presentation standard -Producing creative solutions for clients which are well researched and structured -Supporting the team on a wide portfolio of projects from feasibility through concept and sketch design -Working with the wider team on the delivery of the business strategy and related activities for growth

What You Bring
-Degree in a design related course -Competence using a full range of design focused packages including AutoCad, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Sketch Up, as well as Microsoft Office suite -Previous UK based experience working in a planning or architectural practice on residential/mixed-use projects for national house builders or housing developers -Confidence and competence in drawing and sketching by hand -Good working knowledge of current urban design issues in a UK context
