Tasks

-Maintains awareness of individual contribution to and impact of the quality, safety, environmental, and product compliance policies and activities; reports all quality issues, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions to the proper personnel. -Works with the Head of Plant Controlling to formulate project plans and budgets. Support the Head of Plant Controlling with the management and coordination of the project plan with external partners -Maps out and enforces business processes that ensures a strong control environment. There will also be the requirement to constantly review and improve these processes. -Responsible for all tasks to achieve compliance goals and demands of the Compliance Management System. -Takes ownership of month end and year end close for the site and ensures all deadlines are met. -Work with management to drive improvements and savings in overtime, overhead, labor and production efficiencies, scrap and waste, and purchase price variance. -Analyzes drivers behind variances, month to month, prior year, forecast, and budget. -Remain compliant with the Code of Conduct and Policies which includes the Kingspan Group Compliance Policy. -Ensure compliance with the Kingspan Group Accounting Manual. -Ensure adequate skills and headcount are in the site finance function. -Develops and improves reporting in systems such as Salesforce, Business Intelligence, ERP system, and HR database. -Assists in reducing slow moving and obsolete inventory, keeping inventory lean, and driving inventory accuracy. -Ensure that all duties related to product compliance are adhered to in accordance with the Product Compliance Policy, Laws, Regulations, and market demands. -Coordinates with other departments, including Sales, Production, Purchasing, Shipping, Customer Service and Technical Services. -Accurately report plant financial performance while identifying areas for improvement. -Coordinates production of blueprint documents and SOWs in conjunction with the Head of Plant Controlling and external partners. -Must raise concerns related to the Compliance Management System to their supervisor, manager, or any member of the Leadership Team, or through the confidential whistle blower service.

What You Bring

-Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality. -Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail. -Strong communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written, and ability to build as well as deliver effective presentations. -Ability to hire and lead a team effectively. -Must have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Experience with Power BI a plus. -Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline required. -A strong understanding of finance, accounting, payroll and HR software capabilities. Experience in XA ERP, AS400, UKG payroll, and Salesforce is a plus but not required. -A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing setting in an accounting or finance leadership role. -Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
