Tasks

-Identify and improve operational efficiency by minimizing UTC and UTA. -Oversee the management of Service Providers (FSPs) to ensure field activity is carried out within the terms of the contract. -Supervise operational administration duties including scheduling, reporting and ‘boots on ground’. -Review invoicing queries from the finance team and drive low Cost to Install (CTI). -Manage the field mobilisation of customer care escalations to maintain and enhance customer experience. -End to end project management for ongoing business deployment projects. -Review stock issues/constraints and ensure operational continuity with the FSPs. -Manage FSP adherence to PIN, MIT and call compliance in liaison with IHUB Deployment Team. -Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders via regular ongoing communication. -Ensure that the work allocation to field is optimised to maximize field productivity in a safe manner. -Maximise the field deployment of smart meters by generating and onboarding meter technicians and governing deployment of planned retailer-led work.
