Technical Manager

Manage FRAEW/EWS1 docs, building safety case, audits, and technical reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Make sure that our systems are up to date in respect of the above. -Maintain a lookahead programme with the consultant and flag any programme risks. -Check information for accuracy and completeness -Check the reports from the assessor for accuracy and completeness and upload to A-site, Meridian and other systems -Issue all information to the assessor in a structured format -Manage consultants -Working within the proforma provided and seeking all information necessary to populate the proforma report. -Checking information for accuracy, validity and completeness to a sufficient standard equivalent to the quality of information that would be obtained from site survey. -Maintain tracker documentation either on excel or our management platforms -Attend sites for meetings -Collating all necessary information from A-site and Construction SharePoint sites -Prepare Technical Reports as needed

-Excellent organisational skills -Ability to work in an organised manner in a fast-paced environment -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Excellent MS Word and Excel skills, capable of preparing reports for top level review. -Excellent knowledge of A-site or other common data environments. -A relevant qualification in construction or Engineering
