Proven hand on experience in HV and MV cable jointing and termination, across a variety of cable types, jointing systems, and installation environments
Strong communication skills, able to liaise confidently with client engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors
Background in establishing or developing a new work group, crew, or capability, including defining roles and workflows (Desirable but not essential)
