The Role

Manage HVAC/R service team, oversee operations, customer service, and projects.

Tasks

-Conduct site surveys, estimates, and follow through on small projects. -Provide technical estimating support to sales personnel. -Provide technical support and direction to field service technicians and ensure that proper service techniques are utilized. -Coordinate your team’s daily schedule with our dispatch department. -Provide internal support to the Service Department as a whole -Multi-task in a way that allows for proper coordination of all service department activities. -Identify work flow weaknesses and implement corrective action. -Promote and ensure customer satisfaction throughout service operations group including answering client questions realted to services provided. -Performs project and account management tasks including but not limited to managing, supervising, planning, and communicating. -Successfully operate in a dynamic environment to ensure business objectives are met. -Balance communications between internal and external customers at all levels -Efficiently plan, coordinate, and oversee field service operations.

What You Bring

-Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, lift 25 lbs. max, stand and stoop, kneel, or crouch, and climb stairs -Microsoft Office experience in SharePoint and Teams -Be detail oriented with a strong understanding of customer service and employee relations. -Experience with DocuSign -Capable of pivoting between small and large sized projects and respective change orders -Soft skills: Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented -Bachelor Degree preferred but not required -Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. -Expected to work in a loud level of volume environment. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically: Excel, Word, and Outlook -DocLink software (an Accounts Payable SAAS) experience highly desired -Microsoft Dynamics/GP (an accounting software) experience highly desired -Minimum of 8 years of field experience working for a mechanical contractor in the industry -Regularly requires a high degree of mental effort, talk and hear, gross and fine manipulation, read both print and screens for extended periods of time. -Regularly required to walk and sit -Excellent verbal and written communication skills
