Tasks

-Aiding in the training of co-workers as needed -Administering site specific training to visitors and ensures site guidelines are followed -Maintaining accurate records of aggregate tonnage and sales activities on a daily/weekly/monthly basis and prepares basic reports -Maintaining professionalism in all situations in the workplace and when working with customers -Operating an automated scale and related computer software program to generate customer tickets -Answering customer calls and communicates pricing, product descriptions, and product availability -Communicating with other site personnel to ensure proper recording of sales activities and fulfillment of customer needs -Directing customers to the appropriate areas of the site

Requirements

-Possess a High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience to perform the responsibilities associated with this position -Possess Bilingual abilities (Spanish and English preferred) -Have previous customer service experience (preferred)
