Branch Coordinator

Admin support managing dispatches, invoices, and liaison between field service and billing.

Tasks

-Process and track Manufacturer warranty claims -Manage dispatches in "For Review", finalize and submit to billing -The employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, hear, see and talk. -Work closely with the Branch Manager, Service Manager, and FSSs to elevate and resolve issues in an efficient and timely manner -All employees may be required to visit a customer site and/or complete a ride along with a field technician as part of their employment. -Operation of general office equipment -Monitor and maintain customer work order networks and refrigerant tracking websites as assigned -Complete invoices in customer work order networks and in-house software for customers assigned -Process NTE increases requests in customer work order networks and in-house software for customers/s as assigned

What You Bring

-High School Diploma/ GED -Excellent oral and written communication skills -Strong organizational skills -Computer knowledge must include MS Office- Word, Excel, and Outlook -Strong communication skills -Light to moderate lifting may be required. -Detailed and accurate -Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work. -3+ years of clerical or administrative experience -Good problem-solving skills
