Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, meet tight deadlines, and lead process redesign and continuous improvement initiatives.
Post-secondary education in an IT-related field; IFS and ITIL certifications are considered assets.
Proven experience with IFS Applications (APP10 or CLOUD), UKG UltiPro, Oracle databases, and full software development lifecycles. Strong understanding of ERP systems, relational databases, and business process implementation.
Strong interpersonal and management skills with the ability to lead teams and collaborate across departments in a multi-stakeholder environment.
