The Role

Overview

Front‑desk receptionist handling calls, customer service, and basic accounting.

Tasks

-Operate telephone system by answering phones and directing customers to the appropriate department -Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, while minimizing hold times -Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer to appropriate department for resolution -Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers; make correct change and issue receipts -Close files and process EFT and insurance payments. -Assist managers with various clerical duties as needed
