-Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, H&S standards, and service schedules -Managing contractors and liaising with stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery -Allocating tasks, checking work, and providing feedback to team leads -Supervising and supporting M&E technicians across planned and reactive maintenance -Preparing reports, pricing works, and identifying opportunities for improvement

What You Bring

-Experience in built estate maintenance and team supervision -Confident communicator with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset -Full UK driving licence is essential to carry out the duties of the role -Strong knowledge of H&S (IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent) -IT literate and comfortable using digital and paper-based systems -Skilled in scheduling, documentation, and contractor management
