Tasks

-Ensure appearances and actions are professional and reflect CLC Groups’ company image -Act as the customer service champion on site -Supervise the site to ensure it complies with Legal and Statutory requirements -Ensure the smooth operation of a designated site -Attend & control meetings with work colleagues and/or clients and customers when necessary -Supervise the site to ensure it complies with Health, Safety and Welfare requirements. -Support management in meeting the business needs -Supervise site personnel (incl. sub-contractors) -Ensure all site personnel carry out their designated tasks efficiently and effectively to enable the contract to be completed on time, with zero defects, within budget and with no risk to the Health & Safety of their operational team, the client or the general public

What You Bring

-Excellent communication skills -The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines -Knowledge/Awareness of Health and Safety on site -CSCS Card -Proven experience working as a dedicated Supervisor for fire and protection works -Ability to diagnose/problem solve -The ability to work on multiple workstreams -Ability to use own initiative -NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in Joinery or other relevant trade, or equivalent level of competence obtained from on-the-job experience -Trade background experience -The right candidate must have or be willing to work towards FIRAS Accreditation -Experience in working in social housing/health/high street sector -Previous experience supervising fire stopping/door installers
