Tasks

-Prepare and review tender specifications for M&E works. -Respond promptly to emergencies and provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders. -Recommend and oversee repair works, renovations, and equipment replacement. -Plan and assign daily tasks, ensuring performance standards and service quality are met. -Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality of services, compliance and adherence to safety procedures and equipment standards. -Supervise a team of technicians in delivering facilities management and M&E services across assigned properties. -Coordinate and implement maintenance programmes for building infrastructure, Asset Enhancement Initiatives (AEI) and M&E plant and equipment. -Liaise with government authorities, consultants, and contractors on maintenance and compliance matters.

What You Bring

-Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Facility Management or equivalent, with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in hotels. -Strong communication and interpersonal skills -Good planning and organisational skills, coupled with ability to work independently and in a team.
