Senior Paralegal - Sales & Home Ownership

Assist with residential leasehold conveyancing and advise on sales/ownership schemes.

Tasks

-Advising registered providers on shared ownership schemes including staircasing transactions and Deeds of Variations -Conduct of files; -Advising on leasehold management matters; -Building and maintaining effective client relationships; -Assisting on residential leasehold transactions -Advising on the purchase of individual residential properties on behalf of a registered provider and simultaneously granting shared ownership leases; -Advising registered providers on right to buy and right to acquire sales; -Advising private developers and registered providers on the sale of new build properties -Assisting members of the team on a wide range of property matters -Ensuring files are managed in compliance with the firm's Lexcel procedures.
