Serve as primary contact for residents, handling liaison, complaints and maintenance coordination.

-📋 Ensure a consistent and caring approach to customer interactions. -📞 Act as the escalation point for tenant complaints and manage the resolution process. -✅ Set up and manage the Tenant/Customer/Resident Liaison Service across multiple sites. -💻 Keep the on-site database updated to reflect ongoing works. -🤝 Attend regular meetings with client representatives and residents to maintain top-tier customer service.

What You Bring

-Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle. -Proven experience as an RLO, ideally within planned maintenance programmes. -Excellent communication, customer service, and IT skills. -Willingness to undergo a Basic DBS check at offer stage. -Strong knowledge of internal and external works.
