Tasks

-To carry out a routine residential and outdoor change field litter picking. -Adopt safe working practices in line with Pinnacle H&S guidelines whilst using appropriate equipment (i.e. vacuums etc.) -Advise Helpdesk/Maintenance of any building issues encountered during the cleaning process. -Create and implement rotas and clean schedules

What You Bring

-Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative -Previous experience of cleaning services essential -Ability to work to laid down schedules -Resilience under pressure -To be able to rearrange tasks to cover absences and prioritize areas -Knowledge of the use of chemicals (COSHH) and Health and Safety legislation is desirable but not essential
