The Role

Overview

Handles accounting tasks for Grizzly unit, supporting billing, reconciliations, and reporting.

Tasks

-Perform various reconciliations for Accounts Receivable, inventory, PO Clearing, Prepaids and other general ledger accounts. -Issue Credit Memo’s based on approved invoice corrections -Coordinate and resolve tickets received at Grizzly Invoice Support Desk -Set up and maintain customer job records -Reconcile, process, and report monthly/quarterly/annual sales and business taxes. -Perform monthly substantiation reporting process -Perform weekly billing process -Set up Vendors in S100 ERP system -Record Intercompany transactions

What You Bring

-A sense of confidence in oneself, curiosity to learn and grow your understanding of our industry, and the willingness to advocate for improvements. -An ability to work with and solicit cooperation from individuals in a variety of roles. -Demonstrated Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills. -ERP systems experience a plus (Sage100 or similar software). -One or more years of Accounting experience. Inventory or Construction industry experience is a plus. -Associate or Bachelor degree in Accounting. -A respect for confidential data and an ability to maintain that confidentiality. -Strong written and verbal communication skills.

This means you get an ownership stake in BNB through a benefit called an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). It’s 100% company funded and is invested in BNBuilders stock. You can participate in this long-term plan after you complete 1 year of service (with at least 1,000 hours). -Sick Leave accrued at 1 hour of sick leave for every 30 hours worked with a carryover of 80 hours
