Tasks

-Work with pursuit teams to develop client and pursuit strategies based on proven capture techniques -Work with the Business Development Lead, Client Service Lead and Highway Section, leadership to identify and pursuit opportunities -Support in developing current and future client/project managers in support of winning and executing work for the highway business class. -Work collaboratively with the Highway, Hydraulics and Utility Businesses classes to promote high quality project delivery. -Support pursuit teams in developing persuasive proposal and interview materials -Serve as a project manager for key clients in the area to deliver quality projects. -Recognize and celebrate pursuit successes and milestones -Plan, direct, and monitor all aspects of key projects to support a positive client experience -Develop and implement market sector growth initiatives in partnership with leadership and client service managers. -Participate in industry associations and community organizations to elevate HDR's brand in target markets. -Develop relationships with leadership in key client organizations -Engage the appropriate project management and technical talent in pursuit teams -Promote the marketing and delivery of HDR services within the highway business class.

What You Bring

-A minimum of 10 years in highways, roads, and streets design experience. -Experience in leading and developing multidiscipline teams and proposals. -Located in or willing to relocate to the Denver office
